With the release of Firmware version 2.2.0, Kaptivo Enterprise and Business Edition models now include a new and comprehensive system diagnostics feature to help customers self-identify issues that may impact setup and performance.
ACCESS THROUGH DEVICE CONFIGURATION
Go to the device configuration of the Kaptivo by starting at https://kaptivo.com/setup and following the prompts. You will need the device's administration credentials to access its settings. Look for the wrench icon on the left navigation to access the diagnostics section.
The page is separated into three sections:
- Status Summary: provides a general overview of the device
- Tests Passed: Lists the various elements of the system that appear to be working properly
- Issues Found: Lists items where a problem was detected
Next to each item is a [?] button that provides more details and potential remedies for that topic.
At any point, you can re-run the test by clicking the Re-Run button on the upper right corner of the screen.
