Within the Settings section of the Kaptivo Insight Account Portal, you can modify Account Details, manage and create Account Users, and define Access Policies.
For Account Details, click the round pencil icon to change the name of the account.
For Account Users, click the [+] button to add or edit new users.
The Access Policy is a rule the device admin can set to control who can access and use the Kaptivo web app. For example, the device can be limited to users from @domain.com. For now, the authentication providers are Google and Microsoft, meaning that this feature can be used if your directory authentication is through one of these two providers.

- The first step is to select the Add Policy button and then choose between Google or Microsoft
- After selecting an Authentication provider, enter the domain you want to enforce. Click the [+] button to add additional domains. You can also check the box to allow external users (outside of the defined domains) to join sessions.
