After selecting either Snapshot or Slide Deck, you will see an array of sharing options.
The current sharing options include:

Just enter an email address and click Send Email. For multiple recipients, separate each email address with a comma or semicolon. |
Download |
Your snapshot or slide deck will be downloaded locally onto your hard drive. |

Opens your local print dialog box so that you can print a snapshot of your whiteboard. Printing the Timeline slide deck is not available with this button. To print the slide deck, download it locally and then print it from your computer |
Slack |
At first use, you will need to grant Kaptivo authorization to connect to your Slack account. You will need to be logged into Slack. After that, select the channel or contact where you wish to post your snapshot or slide deck. |
Trello |
At first use, you will need to allow Kaptivo authorization to connect to your Trello account. You will need to be logged into Trello. After that, select the Board and List where you wish to post your snapshot or slide deck. |
Microsoft Teams |
At first use, you will be prompted to log into your Microsoft account. After that, select the Team and Channel where you wish to post your snapshot or slide deck. |
Webex Teams |
At first use, log into your Cisco Webex account. After that, select the Team and Rooms where you wish to post your snapshot or slide deck. |
Google Classrooms |
At first use, log into your Google Classrooms account and then allow Kaptivo permission. After that, select the course where you wish to post your snapshot or slide deck. |
Canvas (beta) |
You will need to enter your Canvas server name, developer ID and developer key. For more detailed information, click here. |
*only Email, Download and Print are available for a Kaptivo in Local Self-Hosted mode.
