I’m a Zoom User, so I want Kaptivo for Zoom Rooms, right?
Zoom Meetings vs Zoom Rooms
Zoom Meetings is Zoom's main product that most users are familiar with. Zoom Meetings are the online, video-hosted meetings that use Zoom video conferencing software installed on your computer or mobile device.
Zoom Rooms, on the other hand, is for conference rooms. A Zoom Room is a combination of physical conference room hardware and specific Zoom Room software that makes video meetings simple. They are set up using physical hardware to run Zoom Meetings with just a tap of the button on a tablet. All of the video and audio is integrated into the conference room equipment and calendar systems.
Zoom Meetings is the software that end-users have on their computer.
Zoom Rooms are a combination of HW and SW specific to conference rooms.

OK so, I have a Kaptivo unit,
how do I share it in my Zoom Meeting?
As a Zoom Meeting user, you access the Kaptivo (Standalone model, or Kaptivo for Zoom Room with Business Subscription) by going to www.kaptivo.live and connecting to your kaptivo ID (the six digit code).
Once connected, you can simply share that browser tab in your Zoom meeting as you would share any application window; in Zoom press share and select the browser tab showing your Kaptivo.
Most people will simply share the browser showing kaptivo using their standard group meeting software, which could be Zoom, or any other. Simply sharing the browser is the easiest way to get everyone to view the Kaptivo output, and those Zoom meetings can scale to hundreds or more viewers.
Simply click the share button in your zoom meeting, and select the browser window and press share again.
