When a Kaptivo for Zoom Rooms bundle has been purchased and the Kaptivo unit allocated from stock, an email is sent to the purchaser. The email contains a link to activate the subscription.
Clicking on the link in the email will cause a browser window to open the Kaptivo Insight management portal.
Note - Kaptivo Insight is designed to be used by the person/team who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Kaptivo units. In larger organisations, this is typically the AV/IT Team. If a Kaptivo for Zoom Rooms bundle has been bought by someone other than the person who will be responsible for the day-to-day management of Kaptivo units, then the email containing the activation link should be forwarded to the appropriate person.
Existing users should log into their Kaptivo Insight account via email and password. New customers will need to sign up for a new account via the button in the top-right of the screen.
Users will be requested to provide basic information for the creation of the account:
After clicking ‘Sign Up’, a confirmation message is displayed:
After creating an account, a verification email is sent.
Click on the ‘Activate Account’ button to verify.
Once the ‘Activate Account’ button in the email has been clicked, then the following confirmation screen will be seen:
The next step is to sign in to the Kaptivo Insight portal.
If the user had previously clicked on the activation link in the email, then Kaptivo Insight will automatically display the ‘activate license’ dialog:
If activation is successful, then you should see a confirmation message as below:

Once a subscription license has been activated, the next step is to install the Kaptivo hardware.
