If a Zoom Room has been paired with a Kaptivo whiteboard camera and that Kaptivo has a Kaptivo for Zoom Rooms subscription license that has expired, then the following message will be overlaid onto the whiteboard content screen within a Zoom Room meeting.
In order to remove this notification message, two things need to happen:
- A new subscription license needs to be purchased, and
- The new subscription license needs to be activated
To purchase, a user with access to the Kaptivo Insight management portal needs to log-in and activate the license. One scenario in which this message may be seen is if a Kaptivo for Zoom Rooms bundle has been bought, but no-one has ever created a Kaptivo Insight account in order to activate and manage the Kaptivo whiteboard camera and license.
